Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds (if applicable):
If there is an issue with the product itself, please provide photos or video, and specific details about the issue and then we will determine if a refund is valid. You must return the product to us for a refund. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We cannot provide refunds for delivery failure due to an incorrect address or typo input by the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bioflextech.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

When will my order be processed and shipped?
Most items are shipped from our US warehouse, but some products are shipped from our China warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Orders will normally be processed within 2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day; however, processing and shipping can take up to 7 days during busy times. Please note that we don't ship on US or Chinese holidays or on weekends. Orders are shipped using the exact address format input by the customer; therefore, if there are delivery problems due to address errors or typos, we are not responsible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 60 days for delivery. We are not responsible for items not received when the package tracking status shows Delivered. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs processing, natural disasters, public health emergencies or other circumstances beyond our control.
